Peppa Pig World with Kids

Peppa Pig World is a Peppa Pig themed World within Paultons Park. There are 9 rides, ranging from Grampy Rabbits Sailing Club to George’s Dinosaur Adventure.

It is set within the Award Winning Paultons Park which has upwards of 70 rides within 140 acres of gorgeous landscaped gardens. Set on the edge of the New Forest on Englands South Coast, it’s well located if you wanted to make a holiday of your visit.

Why go to Peppa Pig World with Kids?

We have visited Peppa Pig World with both our daughters, and have enjoyed it immensely every time – even when we went before our daughter even knew who Peppa Pig was!

A windy day on the Carousel

The rides in Peppa Pig World are ideal for young children (our two have probably enjoyed it most between the ages of 1 and 3) and the whole place has been excellently designed. The staff are enthusiastic and helpful, toilets are plentiful and clean and there is ample space to park your buggy whilst you go on rides.

Tips for your day out at Peppa Pig World with Kids

  • For any day out, particularly to a popular place like here I always advise that you get there for opening time. Nowhere does this apply more than Peppa Pig World. It’s an incredibly popular place and can get very busy, particularly during school holidays and weekends.

  • Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World is a very ‘outdoors’ theme park. We have been a number of times during inclement weather and it’s possible to still have a good time (and its usually quiet so you get on all the rides easily!) but checking the weather in advance and dressing appropriately can either make or break your day.
  • If you don’t have a pushchair but feel you might need one during your day, you can hire these at the entrance. It’s advised these are booked in advance on their website and cost £8 for a single and £12 for a double. They are not suitable for babies who can’t hold themselves up.
  • There is also a Peppa Pig World Early Pass for selected days in the year. Check the website here for more details.

What not to miss on a day out at Peppa Pig World with Kids

  • A bit of a hidden treasure, and something that we’d missed until our most recent visit is the soft play area ‘Georges Playship Playzone’. It’s large, safe and ideal for children of all ages.

Inside Georges Playship Playzone
  • Peppa Pig and George do Meet and Greets each day which are a highlight for the children. Check the boards by Madame Gazelles School House or the Paultons Park app for times. If you want to meet Peppa and George get to the meet and greet early, the queues can get very long.
  • There is a stage where Shows are put on during peak times. Our daughter loved watching this so check the times to make sure you don’t miss it. It’s also an ideal time to eat a picnic.

Prices, Parking and opening times

The prices for entry to Paultons Park (which includes entrance to Peppa Pig World) are below:

  •   Â£95.75 Family of 3 (You save £17.25 buying in advance. Must include 3 paying guests)
  •   Â£127.00 Family of 4 (You save £23.00 buying in advance. Must include 4 paying guests)

Children under 1m tall go free.

It’s worth buying in advance (this saves queueing on the day as well as being cheaper) and if you’re child is under 1 metre go before the get to a metre! It’s alot more once they are a metre tall (£32.75).

There is ample parking at Paultons Park and it’s free. We’ve never struggled to get a space even on the busiest of days.

Paultons Park (including Peppa Pig World) is closed on selected days in February/March/October/November and December. It’s fully open from 20th March 2020 from 10am to 5pm until the 5th October 2020.

I’d suggest checking their online calendar to know exact dates and times as these do vary. Online you can also see any rides that are shut for maintenance.

Eating at Peppa Pig World with Kids

There are numerous food outlets in Peppa Pig World, and many more within Paultons Park itself. Even on the busiest of days we’ve never struggled to find somewhere to sit. On occasion we’ve taken our own picnic.

What else is there at Paultons Park?

Paultons Park itself is much more than just Peppa Pig World. It’s a fantastic theme park with over 70 rides and spectacular gardens. A new World called ‘Tornado Springs’ is due to open in May 2020 and it looks fantastic.

Spot the Meerkats

On occasion, what we have done, when Peppa Pig World has been incredibly busy is explore other areas of Paultons Park. There is a beautiful double decker Carousel, a digger ride and splash pad to name but a few things that would appeal to young children.

For older children there are a number of faster rides, including rollercoasters and a log flume. One of the nicest things about Paultons Park is that Peppa Pig World keeps the youngsters happy but there’s loads to entertain the big kids too.

Anything else to consider?

We absolutely adore Peppa Pig World, and in fact Paultons Park as a whole. Arrive early, have a plan and avoid school holidays if you can! But other than that, just go and enjoy 😀
