What is there to do at Godstone Farm?

  • Farm Trail –
    • A chance to see all the animals, including the main barn, rabbit walk, top barn and pond walk.

  • Animal Holding –
    • An opportunity to get up close to some of the smaller animals. This is always very popular so best to avoid busy times. If you go there first thing in the morning, over lunchtime, or last thing before you go home it tends to be quieter and you can have longer holding each animal with less queues. Some favourites include the Guinea Pigs, Rabbits, and birds.

  • Indoor Play area –
    • Children can climb and explore in the Indoor Play barn. Please note during peak times, this will operate 30 minute sessions within this area. It’s a lovely play area and there is a small cafe, toilets and plenty of seating for parents.

  • Outdoor adventure play areas –
    • Including the adventure playground, sand pits, zip wires, and ride on toys. With NEW Den Building area and expanded Construction Site available in the Top Play Area. You could easily spend all day in this area – it gets bigger and better every year. It is quite exposed to the elements however so take weather appropriate clothes (and suncream if it’s hot). There’s a big picnic area in this section and it can be a nice place to enjoy lunch or an ice cream. It’s a really nice area as there’s loads of outdoor seating and it really is a huge playground so adults can relax while children have the time of their lives playing.

  • The World of Dinosaur Roar! Discovery Trail – meet the dinosaurs on a woodland dino trail.

  • Wiglet’s Play Village – Indoor Play for smaller guests.

  • Kate’s Garden – NEW Wilding Play Area where you can create your own natural fun.

  • Gift Shop – Where you can purchase animal feed, day trip essentials, souvenirs and toys.

At this time, Tractor Rides will remain closed. There has also been fantastic Pig Racing when we’ve visited recently but this isn’t mentioned on the website so may or may not be on. If it is on, it’s definitely one to make sure you see.

Food and Drink

Courtyard Kitchen – NEW Restaurant is now open, with a full menu for indoor and outdoor dining. This is a really lovely addition to the Farm and provides a great place for some food or snacks during the day.

Wiglet’s snack shop (by the main barns) and Top shop – For take-away only with a limited menu. These areas are weather permitting. At the top of the outdoors play area there is the Top shop ice cream shed which sells pizza alongside ice cream and drinks during peak times.
